Outline Activities
Synthetic organic chemistry is critical and indispensable for the drug discovery and the development of pharmaceutical products such as pesticides, biostimulants. Our research interests include the development of transition-metal-catalyzed synthetic reactions and the new synthetic methods, especially for the construction of new organoheteroatom compounds and polyheterocyclic-linked compounds. In addition, we also evaluate the biological activity of the new candidates through collaborative research together with other research groups. In our group, we focused on the new synthetic methods toward drug discovery as well as the synthesis of heteroatoms-containing pharmaceutical compounds.
