Outline Activities
Evolution in virulence and genetic diversity analyses are carried out by using genome information of plant pathogenic bacteria. Isolation and identification of bacteria that have biological control activity against Ralstonia solanacearum species complex, an important plant pathogenic bacteria are conducted.

We study the pathogenicity mechanisms and host-range determination mechanisms of phytopathogenic bacteria.
