Research Interests

"Smart Agriculture"
"High-throughput phenotyping system"
"Study on measurement, extraction, and visualization of plant phenotypes using computer vision"
"3D modelling of plants"

Profile

Outline Activities

My primary activities include developing autonomous robot systems equipped with cameras to collect visual data of plants in greenhouse conditions. Additionally, I work on AI-based detection and segmentation techniques to precisely extract plant phenotypic features from this data. I am also engaged in creating mathematical 3D models of individual plants and canopies to generate and analyze virtual digital plant data.

Message

The integration of computer science and agriculture is full of untapped potential. Come join me at the forefront of smart agriculture and let's tackle new challenges together!
