Program Outline

Program name	International Agricultural Cooperative Program 2025 Summer Course on Tropical Forest and SDGs @ Indonesia
Dates	Friday, August 8, 2025 - Monday, September 1, 2025 (tentative) Arrival in Fukuoka
Destination	Yogyakarta, Indonesia, etc.
Training Destination	Gadjah Mada University, etc.
Program Content	Participants will learn about tropical forests and SDGs while living with overseas students for about two weeks. The program includes a variety of activities such as lectures, group activities, and cultural activities at the university. This is an opportunity to have an irreplaceable experience! Students who are not majoring in forestry or environmental studies are also welcome to participate.
Eligibility	・Faculty of Agriculture, Graduate School of Bioresource and Environmental Studies, Kyushu University ・Students who are willing to communicate actively in English *International students are also eligible to apply, but they may not be eligible for the scholarship. International students may also apply, but they may not be eligible for the scholarship. In the case of a large number of applicants, the decision will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of the applicants' motivation.
Number of credits	3 (undergraduate: special courses, graduate: international exchange seminar)
Expenses	approx. 200,000 yen (including airfare, participation fee, accommodation, overseas travel insurance, etc.) *In case of scholarship recipients *Other personal expenses (food, sightseeing, etc.) are also included.
