We are pleased to announce the start of the application process for the Summer Short-Term Overseas Study Program "Kasetsart University Short-Term Exchange Program 2026".
The deadline for application is November 4 (Tue.) at 17:00.

Program Outline

Program name Kasetsart University, Thailand: Overseas Student Short-Term Exchange Program 2026
Dates February 15, 2026 (Sunday) to February 25, 2026 (Wednesday) 8 nights, 10 days
Destination Thailand, Bangkok and others
Program contents In an international environment, students will learn about Thailand's agro-industry from various perspectives--including food science and technology, product development, agriculture, and culture--through visits to companies and research institutes focused on Thailand's agro-industry, all while enjoying the experience (pre-course sessions scheduled for January 2026).
Eligibility Students enrolled in the Faculty of Agriculture at Kyushu University, and graduate students in the Graduate School of Bioresource and Environmental Sciences *International students are also eligible to participate.
Number of openings Up to 16
※ If applications exceed capacity, selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation including motivation and English proficiency.
Number of credits 2
Cost Approximately ¥200,000 (including airfare, lodging, some meals, overseas travel insurance, etc.)
*Other personal expenses (food, sightseeing, etc.)
*Varies depending on the number of participants and rate
Scholarship ¥80,000-90,000 (if requirements are met) ※JASSO Scholarship, etc.

※Please note that students (approximately 10-15) from Kasetsart University will visit Japan from December 12 to 19, with preliminary exchanges scheduled for the weekend. Additionally, preliminary classes are planned for January 2026.
