Be Experimental In Kyudai!

Hello, everyone!
We are inviting students who study at international high schools in Japan to participate in our IUP one-day lecture and laboratory experience program!

The details of the program are as follows:

Date: October 28th (Saturday)
Location: School of Agriculture, Kyushu University (744 motooka Nishi-ku, Fukuoka)
Language: English
Target: Students from international High Schools in Japan who excel in science and mathematics
Program:
  9:45-10:00  Opening
10:00-11:00  Introduction of International Undergraduate Program
11:00-12:00  Mock Lecture "Why in males? ~The evolution of sexual characteristics~"
12:00-13:30  Lunch with Current Students and Campus Tour
13:30-16:20  Experiment "Identification of medaka sex based on genotypic and phenotypic analyses"
16:20-16:30  Closing Ceremony
Capacity: 20 participants
Fee: There is no charge for participation, but participants are asked to provide their own costs for travel to Kyushu University.
